| This past November, Whitney & Associates received a letter from Crescendo Business Services, notifying our company that we were selected as a FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent for 2009. This is the second year Crescendo has partnered with San Diego Magazine to feature the names of the top agents in the greater San Diego area in a special section of the magazine’s March issue. This section will be seen by more than 345,000 readers. |  |
| This special honor is limited to fewer than 7 percent of all agents in the San Diego area and the selection process is as follows: In July of 2008, Crescendo surveyed more than 30,000 San Diego residents by mail and phone. All of these residents had recently purchased homes in the region. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies. The recipients were asked to nominate only those agents they knew through personal experience and evaluate them upon a list of nine criteria. The criteria included: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation, and overall satisfaction. Before this list was finalized, the selected agents were reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel consisting of realty company executives, professional and trade association officers among others directly involved in Real Estate.The Whitney team is extremely honored to be a part of this prestige selection and wish to thank all of our clients- both past and present- for their continued support of our business.
